As the former Chief of Staff for Portland Public Schools, Oregon's largest K-12 school system, Jonathan was pivotal in executing its multi-year strategic plan. His leadership influenced the education of 43,000 students and shaped an annual budget of 2.1 billion dollars. His impact extended across various domains, including communication, government relations, community engagement, and strategic partnerships.
Jonathan's track record of achievements emphasizes his ability to raise philanthropic dollars and create strategic partnerships for mission-driven organizations. He established two fundraising nonprofits, securing over $50 million in contributions for San Francisco and Portland schools. In recognition of his accomplishments, Forbes honored him as one of the "30 Under 30 in Education" in 2018.
Jonathan holds a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy and Sociology, complemented by a Master's in Business Management from Azusa Pacific University. He currently chairs the Board of the Portland Trail Blazers Foundation and serves on the Get Schooled and Futuro Media Group Board of Directors.
